Product Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified when ordering, products will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Typically, the product takes about three business days to be shipped.
There may be unavoidable delays due to traffic conditions or unseasonable weather.
If you specify a delivery date during peak times, such as when the number of gift orders increases, we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date and time due to congestion in the delivery situation.
If the product cannot be delivered, our customer support team will contact you by email or phone.

After we have arranged the product, it will be delivered by the shipping company.
