  • Necessary Charges Other Than the Product Price: In some cases, a predetermined delivery fee may be charged in addition to the selling price.
  • Payment Method and Timing: We accept credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Diners®). Please use a card in the name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to accept your order if the credit card holder is different from the person who placed the order. After the order is placed, our staff will proceed with the confirmation work, and the card will be charged when the item is shipped. However, the amount may be displayed as a credit limit after placing an order. Closing and withdrawal dates differ depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company for more information.
  • Product Delivery Time: Unless otherwise specified when ordering, the product will be shipped as soon as it is ready. Usually, it takes about three business days for the product to be shipped. Please note that there may be unavoidable delays due to traffic conditions or unseasonable weather. If you specify a date when the number of gift orders increases, we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date and time due to congestion in the delivery situation. If the product cannot be delivered, customer support will contact you by email or phone.
  • Product Delivery Method: After we have arranged the product, it will be delivered by the shipping company.
  • Regarding Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. Please note that we only accept returns if the product is defective. If the return is due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the product is defective, we will bear the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns of custom-made items (custom-made items, etc.). Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Return Policy for EU Customers: If your product is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
