About ordering

Are the products you see available online? The FULI official store lists products that are in stock. Of course, you can purchase the products that are listed.

Is the color of the posted product the same as the actual product? Although we photograph the actual product, the color may look slightly different depending on the device you are using.

I would like to place an order, but there is something I don't understand. Please feel free to contact us using inquiry form.

I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation email. . The "Order Confirmation" email may arrive after a few minutes. If you do not receive the "Order Confirmation" email after waiting for a few minutes, it may be due to one of the following reasons.

1. You made a mistake entering your email address when you registered.

2. Your order has not been successfully completed.
Please log in to your account and check the status of your order from "Order History".

3. It has been sorted into the spam folder.
Depending on the provider, e-mails from info@fuli.co.jp may be judged as "spam". Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

4. Receiving capacity limit by provider
An email reception error may have occurred due to the reception capacity limit of the provider you are using.
Please contact your provider.

5. Rejection settings
Your mailer may be set to refuse to receive it.
Please set so that you can receive the following e-mail addresses.

Each company has a different setting method, so please contact the customer support of the email you are using.

Can you resend the order email? If you do not receive an automatic delivery email regarding your order, we will not be able to resend the email. You can check the status of your order from "Order History" after logging in from "Orderer Information" on this site.

Is there a purchase limit? Depending on the product, we may set a purchase limit per person so that many customers who need it can purchase it.




Gifts

Is gift wrapping possible? This product is not supported because it is a large packed product.

Could you include a message card? This product is not supported because it is a large packed product.
We will consider our future response policy.

As this is a gift, I would like an invoice without the price listed. It is currently in preparation.

Can I exchange the item I received as a gift? We follow the same return policy as regular customers.




Shipping

How much does shipping cost? Shipping within the United States is free.
Shipping outside the United States will incur an additional charge.

How long does it take to ship?  Please allow plenty of time when ordering during periods when congestion is expected, such as the holiday season.
If the product cannot be delivered, customer support will contact you by email.

Can I specify a delivery date? It will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
In addition, there may be unavoidable delays due to traffic conditions and unfavorable weather.
Also, please note that delivery may be delayed due to congestion of delivery status on the schedule when the number of gift orders increases.


Can I check the delivery status?  Once the item has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number, so you can check it there.

Do you ship outside the US? Shipping outside the United States will incur an additional charge.
Please contact customer support for details on shipping arrangements.

Could you deliver to the hotel? Shipping available. When ordering, please enter the hotel name, address, and length of stay in the delivery address.
We will confirm in advance whether the product can be delivered during your stay. If we are unable to deliver during your stay, we will contact you.




About payment

What types of payment methods are available? For payment, you can choose from either shipify payment or amazon payment.
All payment methods are compatible with each company's credit card.
Credit Cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Diners®, JCB®. Please enter the card number, expiration date, and security code in the designated fields.
Please use a card in the name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to accept your order if the name of the person who placed the order is different from the name of the cardholder.
* The closing date and withdrawal date differ depending on the card company.


Are payments safe? We operate so that card payments can be made safely. A URL starting with "https" means a secure environment.

Can I use someone else's credit card? It can not be used.
Please use a card in the name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to accept your order if the person who placed the order and the name on the card are different.

When can I pay by credit card? After the order is placed, our staff will proceed with the confirmation work, and the card will be charged when the item is shipped.
However, after placing an order, the amount may be displayed as a credit limit.

Closing dates and withdrawal dates differ depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.

What is a credit card security code? This code is required for payment settlement. It is a unique number assigned to ensure secure online payment by card and is located below.
– The signature strip on the back of the card. 3 digit number (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners)
– Above the card number on the face of the card. 4 digit number (e.g. American Express)




Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my purchase? If the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible after arrival. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

If I want to return or exchange the product after it arrives, by when should I do the procedure? After receiving the product, please contact us within 7 business days (excluding holidays) for a return or exchange.
